Just for an comparison with future IPPT results, I am gonna post my latest IPPT score taken earlier this year in april here.
Body mass: 94kg
Height: 1.8m
1) Standing board jump: 239cm (5pts)
2) Shuttle run: 10:00 sec (5pts)
3) Pull-ups: 5 (2pts)
4) Sit-ups: 30 (2pts)
5) 2.4km: 12:10min (2pts)
Total: 16pts (Pass with incentive)
These were achieved after I had attended 14 sessions of remedial training (RT) which included 2 IPPTs on the 8th and 14th sessions.
Since then, I spent about half a month in U-town gymming until I stopped going in early May because of mandatory gym fees for NUS staff. However, this did not affect my regime too much because I had already started working out at home too. I took a 2-week break in late may and early june because of in-camp-training (ICT) during which I skipped the IPPT session because I fell sick. All in all, it has been approximately 2 months since I had taken the IPPT. I wonder how much I have gained or lost. :O
My short-term goal would be to achieve some improvements when I attempt my IPPT again this July. Shall work out the details later tonight.
