This blog serves as a means for me to account for my daily dietary intake. My goals are to:
1) Lower cholesterol intake (although I have not taken any blood test to do a before & after comparison.
2) Lower body fat percentage - similar to point 1, I have not taken my body fat percentage as well but this will be done by judging from the size of my tummy :D
3) Be able to achieve sufficient protein intake to facilitate my personal fitness goals (shall write another post on this)
4) Stay healthy and achieve my fitness goals :)
I have procrastinated long enough and have not done anything to improve my health in the past few years. With God's blessings, my determination, and support from my loved ones, I hope that this journey won't be an endless one.
